Strange Westinghouse????/Schindler Traction Elevators in Aventura, FL

Interesting Schindler mods here. Never seen them use blue on one of their mods like this. Also I think by where the keyhole on the door is, these could have been Westinghouse. Usually Westinghouse puts it either at the top of the door or if it’s taller it’ll put it right next to where the door ends. Can someone confirm?
