At the 2:50 mark when the back seat is raised with both hands—is there a way to maintain the position that the back is raised to? I just assembled, and mine falls as soon as it’s lifted, including when on the seat

This is a great quality chair. Unfortunately I'm too tall (193cm) to really take advantage of some of the proposed features. Such as the lower back support as it doesn't really change it's seating when I recline in the chair. Also, the chair does not raise high enough for my legs to (and lower back) to be in a relaxed state. I'll probably keep the chair mostly because I hate dealing with returns, but I probably won't invest in an additional chair... at least not for myself. It's perfect for shorter people though!

I really love this chair; the quality is honestly quite impressive, especially compared to brands that cost much more but aren’t necessarily better.
Unfortunately for me, the lumbar adjustment isn't suitable.
I’m 1.85m tall, and when I sit down, the lumbar support causes me a lot of pain.
I haven’t found any solution. I really don’t want to return the chair.
Could you please help me find a solution?

What are the 3 screw holes at the front of the seat underneath? There is no mention of these in the instructions. Is this maybe for accessories such as a footrest?

Hi SIHOO, after and exhaustive search for the best office chair that will suit my budget but also be affordable, I've just Purchased the M90 for my home office and I look forward to seeing how it performs. I would have loved to obviously try this DORO but unfortunately out of my price range :( I can probably upgrade to one in the future. Kind Regards

Great assembly video, thanks very much. I suggest adding a very thin coat of grease to the casters before pushing them into the base - they will slide right in with minimal effort

I assambled my back piece first and then the arm rests. Didn’t seem to make a difference the other way around. Am i false in this and should i dissasamble it and re-asamble?

The video does not include enough details, I had to do few guessing on which screw I should use for example. I think writing some details e.g. screw size will make it easier. And also start with zoom away then go closer to have a clearer idea how to emplemant the assembly
