I have a couple of these coming soon. I decided to order a 3ds xl, and my brother saw and decided he wanted one too, so i got us both one. I plan on installing mods on them too because without eshop, Hshop will be the only option for some digital only games i wanted. I also want to access the pretendo servers so i can play online after the 8th.

Prices are so expensive I had to get a normal 3DS for the meantime which is fine. If I end up using the 3DS a lot more than I expect, I'll grab the "New" 3DS XL

I guess prices will go up or stay stable since it will only be less and less N3DS XL in the future and it is a unique console with big game library.

The 3DS XL is a FANTASIC HANDHELD. Has a bunch of great games, 3d is very cool, the whole setup, it’s just incredible. I guess you can say I like it. I would not think twice about getting another one. Plus, the modding community is great.

If there is one thing I would appreciate about the 3DS, like the 3DS XL, is, if I remember correctly, it has backwards compatibility to DS games. Even if I did not own the 3DS, I can see how important portable console was at its time. I hope new gamers can look through this in the future.

In my area i found a 3ds xl for only 110. The n3ds xl around me goes around 250-300 so thats a fair price for me
