i think the mark was missed. she uses fake names not to hide her identity but the make life easier and not have to deal with the annoyance of people not knowing how to spell it/not knowing how to pronounce it. a lot of people with foreign sounding names use english friendly names when ordering or outright changing their names to avoid the frustration
