How To Make Healthy Chocolate Pudding | No Butter, No Sugar, No Cream | Eggless Chocolate Pudding

A healthy Chocolate Pudding for all the chocolate lovers out there 🙌!! It’s eggless, vegan, no oil/ butter, dairy & refined sugar free, and it still checks all the boxes of the rich and luscious chocolate pudding 😋!! Dates being my favorite natural sweetener work like a charm to sweeten the pudding and also lend that ultra creaminess to achieve that melt mouth texture. That's not all, there are some oats too that go in to the pudding to act as a thickener and as well as to add some nutrition in the recipe !
INGREDIENTS
*2 cup Soya Milk or any milk of your choice
*1/2 cup chopped, Dark Chocolate (I have used 80% dark chocolate. If you want to use less than 80% meaning sweeter than this one, make sure to adjust the quantity of dates accordingly)
*2 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
*1/2 tsp Vanilla extract or essence
*2/3 cup seedless Dates
*1/3 oats ( rolled and quick both will work )
*1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1- Into your blander, add oats and blend into a fine powder. Now add in cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, dates, vanilla extract and 1 cup milk. Blend again until smooth and creamy. Keep it mixture aside.
2- Now heat up 1 cup milk in a pan on low heat. Add in the chopped dark chocolate and stir constantly till the chocolate melts.
3- Now add in the mixture and continue stirring on low heat till the pudding thickens. Transfer the pudding in small bowls, allow them to cool for sometime and then keep them in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
4- Garnish with your favorite fruits or nuts and enjoy the pudding !!
