1 Kg Potatoes
200g Bulgur fine
3 Onions
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Mint
1 handful Parsley chopped
Olive Oil
2 tsp Salt

Hello I tried your recipe but it was too dry can we eat this dish with something else like yoghurt so that it doesn't taste too dry? Unless of course I went wrong on something making it! Thank you

Do i neeed to soak the boulgor for how long it takes

Is there anything else that can be put in this as it seems kind of bland with just potatoes and bulgur.. although I have not had it before so maybe I will be impressed.. i'll give it a try and see
