Panko Vs Bread Crumbs // Which is better!?

I am starting to learn how to cook. A few weeks ago this title would not catch my eye. Now that I know there are several cooking techniques, I want to know more about them and I never understood why pay so much for bread crumbs so I never did. Now I know its something I will hardly use because the few foods I cook using that cooking method are pastries. I'm not missing out.

South africans esp in durban prefer pakco to panko😂. Easier to find and easier to use. You can even deep fry eggplant and broccoli in pakco and kids will gobble them up cos it blend is so delicious
