Makhana Sweet Snack Recipe

Ingredients:
• Makhana (fox nuts): 75g
• Peanuts: 1/4 cup
• Sesame seeds: 2 tbsp
• Jaggery: 100g

Instructions:
1. Dry roast the makhana, peanuts, and sesame seeds separately.
2. Crush the roasted peanuts lightly.
3. Melt the jaggery in a pan on low heat until it forms a smooth syrup.
4. Add the roasted makhana to the melted jaggery and mix well.
5. Stir in the crushed peanuts and sesame seeds.
6. Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool completely.
7. Break into pieces and enjoy!
