The punishment for sin is severe, so take it severely; and do not sin knowingly in confidence, but fear Allah and if you sin while you fear Allah then repent and ask for forgiveness. Allah is the most merciful.

Know that sinning in confidence thinking that you will be forgiven is a type of arrogance that makes far the mercy of Allah to you; so if you must sin no matter what do not be arrogant about it! Fear the Lord your God.

Jazakallahu ghairan for your video’s! Pls does anyone know a dua that I can do to ask Allah swt for forgiveness for some people in my family? Some people have fasted 2 weeks now (they used not to fast at all and I tried every year to bring them closer in a loving way) so alhamdoulilah it’s at least a whole two weeks instead of 0 days but now they are skipping today without valid reason and I want to ask Allah swt for help to guide them and keep their fasts and forgive them for not fasting without valid reason :(
