I lived in the neighborhood with that guy. The first time I saw him I had concerned but I talked to some neighbors and they convinced me he was harmless. He's a bit off but not dangerously so. The neighborhood is probably 80% African American give or take but it's all working class folks, decent houses, well maintained lawns. Definitely not the hood lol
