Honestly, I WOULD still continue to sell the systems, but make sure to put a big disclaimer on the page of every 13th and 14th gen Intel PC that explains the current situation, and the route they need to go down in instances where they do end up being affected. You're essentially telling the customer plainly "I don't really recommend this because of the current issues, but if you want to buy it I won't stop you, I will just make sure you are aware of the problem before purchase."

That seems very fair to me.

Maybe add a pop up for that pc saying that there are instability issues with some intel cpus (the one in the build not included) and that you recommend against that pc if the buyer is planning on upgrading it in the future with a link for more details. Then give it a month or two to see what intel does and how that affects what people buy to decide whether or not to remove it all together.

Fun fact: I have an i9 that isn’t booting now and can’t detect my keyboard. Won’t even boot into windows.

Thanks intel!

*You should give customers option to customise the PC*

You could put a disclaimer that takes about the issues Intel is currently having on the page when they look at the pc or before ordering the pc.

I think it’s fine the way it is, the people buying prebuilts are usually buying so that they don’t have to be worried about changing parts on their pc, and for people that start out upgrading their prebuilt, there’s a long way from people buying a 4070 and having the need to upgrade it. It’s best to just keep it up, wait for the new generation to release, and then update the build as needed

Make a version of it with an amd cpu at the same price, people want the middle ground and they dont know about the instability

Hey Zack please make a video about "best processors for productive workshop"😊😊. Actually I need a processor which will give me best performance per dollar in productive works like video editing, graphics designing etc.

The 12th gen is still good. it's the best value cpu on the market

I say use the Radeon 14900k instead. It's a very good CPU right now, and it doesn't have any instability problems

If it's not one of the ones affected, post on the website that it's not but due to some of the other cpus that they may want to upgrade to our affected they may want to consider that when making a purchase..
