If you’re feeling weak or discouraged, remember that your boldness as a Christian comes from Christ’s blood and righteousness—not from your own performance. So take heart and come boldly to the throne of grace.

So true. Our boldness to come before throne of grace is not our pride in our self righteousness or deeds of the law, but the righteousness that God can give to perfect us.
Its written, " come boldly( irrespective of what you've done or who you are or Satan's accusations) before the throne of grace( a place where IT IS FINISHED by God to empower you to stand with his own righteousness)that we may receive MERCY ( judged righteously) and obtain grace( after righteous judgment then covered with rope of God's own righteousness that perfects us) to minister in time of need( so we can be faithful ministers of God when the need arises). Hebrew4:16

We notice scripture didn't say COME PROUDLY, BOASTFULLY OR ARROGANTLY, but BOLDLY, knowing there are limits that could hinder our boldness to come, like our sin, faults, imperfections or the accusers of the brethren oppositions. If we are asked to come boldly, its because we didn't deserve it in the first place but his finished work of mercy and grace avails to boldness. And God is confident that all we need to stand firm to minister afterwards is before his throne, but accessible after we have come.
God is infuriated when we come proudly, boastfully before his throne like the Pharisee and tax collector prayer in Luke 18, boasting how we deserve access to his presence because we are good, righteous or have attained perfection. If so, we don't need his presence to search and cloth us. His throne of grace will first expose our imperfections left in us before clothing us with grace .Where then is the boasting? We are not the one to measure ourselves in God's presence but his own kind of righteousness tries us. Not righteousness of the law that makes us boast of attainment. If we think we are already in the book of life, then we should come to be evaluated through the BOOKS in God's presence, before we conclude the name in THE BOOK of life, if any.
Many have laboured zealously for the Lord for a long time, but when evaluated, most might be born of self-righteousness, overzealousness, or flesh. Only the portion that amount to kind of righteousness of Christ by faith in him will be in book of life to ascertain our level in the kingdom, whether high or low place. Although, whatever we attain in the kingdom we must receive with gladness. But we cannot assume its certainly a high place based on our judgment of righteousness that pleases God, until our books are played before us. Our books are now ready to be opened.
If we trust in God's love and accept him, we must always submit to his chastening. God in letters to the churches addressed and commended most in their good deeds, and some expressed his dissatisfaction with certain ways and command repentance if we want complete approval. Are we supposed to ignore the correction he requires from us to be perfect, just because he praised some good deeds he accepts in us? We must be humble when coming before God's throne of grace because he will show us mercy enough to expose many things we glory in that doesn't conform to his righteousness accepted in the heaven.
" As heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than yours...".
That which is from heaven and reputed is far higher than we glory on earth. And those that abide in heaven have greater thought pattern than those on earth. So, the earth MUST submit to that which is from above in other to be informed with knowledge and understanding.
God loves all the churches in revelation letters despite what they are doing wrong, but doesn't accept all their ways, yet gave each opportunity to repent to be accepted. We must discover which of the churches we align with in our pilgrimage and heed to the warnings of the spirit, else God will not accept less than perfection because he has given room to come boldly before throne of grace where we can obtain mercy and grace of God's righteousness to be perfected.
The kingdom of God is all about hierarchy ( high ranking) according to what you attained from the former world. And many renowned in former world will enter into lower ranks according to what is left after burning and truly found righteous. Positions there is by lot and not by any man's choice to choose where they want to belong or claim anything, but what you deserve in your father's house. You can't claim father there. The day reveals your works of what manner it was. Everyone there work in their ranks. Jesus came for the sick that need to be made whole, blind that need to see and lost sheep of Israel that need to return back to their father's house. But those already whole, need no physician nor the throne of grace.

Elberfeld translation of Deuteronomy 25
1 If there is a dispute between men and they go to court and judge, then the righteous are to be judged righteous and the guilty guilty. (Deuteronomy 16:18; Deuteronomy 17, 9; Prov 17:15; Isa 5:20; Clan 3:35) -., -, .
2 And if the guilty man has earned blows, the judge is to lay him down and have him beaten in his presence according to the number stipulated, according to his guilt. (Luke 12.47; Acts 5.40)
3 He may give him forty blows - no more - so that if he continues to beat him with many blows beyond these, your brother will not be dishonored in your eyes. (2 Cor 11:24)
4 Thou shalt not shut up the ox when it is threshing. (1 Cor 9, 9; 1 Tim 5, 18)
to verse 1. This is how one feels righteousness with common sense.
to verse 2. Small guilt less punishment and more guilt more punishment. There used to be corporal punishment for guilt. Today there is jail or fines or other punishments
to verse 3. There is a maximum penalty and it also revolves around human dignity when it comes to punishment. 40 beats used to be survived, but probably not always. Nevertheless, the guilty man is seen as a brother of mankind from whom one cannot take away all honor.
to verse 4. Now comes the leap of thought, before it turns to guilty parties and punishments. Now it's about animals doing the work. These beings have not committed any crimes but they work. It is the enhancement of stealing human dignity. Now they call people disparagingly stupid animals, these people take care of their livelihood and the livelihood of their families with their work. Now they are ordered to bandage their mouths (so that they are plagued by being deprived of the air they breathe. A kind of torture even though they are innocent). In 1 Cor 9, 9 and 1 Tim 5, 18 Paul already points out that it is not about oxen but about people. Here about apostles who deserve their wages for their work. However, this is not the only type of interpretation, although it is correct. In His Word God shows again and again something new that people learn and understand.
If you no longer see people as human beings but as slaughter cattle (ox), this is an increase in the punishment (torture). Connecting the mouth fully applies to the present day. Go shopping and you will see a lot of oxen. God told people this over 3000 years ago and this prophecy will be recognized at the end of the day. God said that you shouldn't do that and people who order this do not do God's will, but the opposite of it. Satan only wants to kill, steal and destroy.
But Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. There is also a connection between the muzzle and buying and selling, a forerunner of the mark of the beast.
