Since, Photon is travelling at the speed of light, In the photon's frame of reference, there is no concept of time! (Correct me if I'm wrong). It means Photon is created and absorbed simultaneously ( in the frame of Photon)!

Can a photon be focused more by ensuring it is a particle, not a wave, when it hits a target to create plasma?
