How to put the convertible top up manually

I feel for ya girl I just bought a 2022 Mustang Gt Premium 60k lol and the top will not go down and I’ve only used it 10x and had the car a month. It’s hard as hell to pull the top up then you have to press the top very hard to get it down! I just went to the dealership and said y’all better get this right! Hope you got a man by now and a newer pink stang lol
