I feel apple holds off on some features (like repositioning apps) solely so they have something for future updates

They essentially broke the iOS photos app feature of searching for your albums so if you’ve had iOS for quite a while and you have probably 30+ different photo albums, you can’t simply search on the title alone any longer.

I think my favorite feature (that hasn’t been mentioned already) would probably be the Passwords app. Not that it’s anything new but being able to get to your passwords without digging around in your settings is nice!

Edit: Just remembered but also the integration between calendar and reminders! Glad to have them combined (so calendar actually looks different finally) which helps me schedule and remember to do certain tasks.

People mentioning T9 dialing, I'm genuinely shocked at the amount of features iphones are missing. My phone from 2010 had it. I'm damn sure Nexus 5 had it in 2014.

Thought I’d put this here. RCS isn’t supported by all carriers for iPhones yet. Verizon does, but Verizon for Business does not work for me for some reason. Even when I enable it.

1. You can lock/unlock individual apps now directly by tap-and-hold the icon
2. Voicemail feature has been 'forced' in (atleast) Indian versions of iphone. It can be customized as well.
3. Revamped gallery layout and design

Arranging icons is certainly an "Effin finally!" moment, but can you have no icons and an app drawer?
I like running a black (but animated interactive) background on OLED phones to heavily reduce battery use.

Help us with Video Playback experience:

It’s impossible to enjoy video playback with this update. 1) Starting with the play/pause location, not friendly with your hand; 2) How are we supposed to back and forth just a few frames? I was thinking there is a hidden button somewhere to enable the old playback, because that’s waaay absurd.
3) Video playback with buttons enable makes video playback smaller, that’s ridiculous
