So true! I used to get caught up in a loop of thoughts from the past, one thought would bring to remembrance older thoughts of regret. It took a lot to beat that. Always claiming every thought to be taken into the captivity of my Lord Jesus Christ.

For everyone who needs help! To control my mind and not thing negatively I use battle prayers I pray a prayer : "I m covered in the blood of Jesus Christ enemy you have no place here, I am wearing the Armour of God and I am letting God in, I am covered by the BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST Amen! " It helps me so I wanted to share to my fellow Christians! John 3:16 <3 God Loves you!

When I was a babe in Christ so to speak. I believed that it was ok, for a Christian to drink alcohol in moderation. Well bless the Lord Jesus Christ, I have been sober for over 11yrs!! And the Lord took away all cravings for alcohol!!
