Same with access virus and other things. They all use the Motorola DSPs which are EOL now. So the DSP code is 1:1. TC had to be rewritten in native code, although they could emulate the motorola chips which would consume way more CPU. The way the floats are made and calculated are different from x86 architecture, so it will never sound the same.

Eventide changed from those DSPs to ARM processors in H9000 and they had to run AI programs to fix the differences from nulling.
