While it is a bit of annoyance that the flip to mute is the “only” way to mute the mic directly on the headset, can’t you just mute it from the controller?

Update: If the audio is low while connected via Bluetooth on a phone the problem is that the headset has its own dedicated volume using the wheel separate from the phone so even if the phone is max volume make sure to turn up the headset volume as well using the wheel if it sounds too low.

Original: The audio for music sounded better and was louder listening to it on the ps5 for me vs on the phone through Bluetooth

The Inzone H9 is the most comfortable headset I've found, including my Bose quietcomfort 35's (which is generally ranked as one of the most comfortable headsets). Yeah, Inzone is more comfortable. Haven't found anything else to compare comfort-wise.

She says Inzone Hub supports both Windows and Mac, but this isn't correct. As of May 23, 2023, it's only a PC software.
