I'm not religious, and although the lyrics are about a female. This reminds me of my friend who passed away two and a half years ago from an overdose. He told me he'd been clean after struggling for a few years. And acted as if he was clean...but I dont know what happened. This song makes me think if he really just needed help in a supportive way. I told him I'd be there if he needed anything but I dont know...sucks. Dont do drugs kids, it's a terrible thing that only leads to an early grave or jail.
