so stylish! obsessed with every facet of this... everything from character designs (simple but striking, using the gap tooth to signify two seemingly different characters being one and the same), to the characterization in how they move (confident and smooth, to cutesy and dorky, to erratic and violent) - this is absolutely fantastical stuff. all the different overlays, the comic speech bubbles and font, the way the characters are posed as if sprites from a visual novel... sooo good. Your editing and animation skills are seriously so impressive !!! The little nodding bit at 0:37 and the rhythm game references were some of my favorites, and the fact that some parts of the video were created from paper were superprprprpper coolio. frankly I'm obsessed with your use of textures/coloring and mixed media - the sort of crt saturated colors with the chibi characters on the rhythm screen, the transition from nolstolgic traditional to sleak digital at 0:10 -- everytime you use text on screen / in speech bubbles I feel like I'm watching a really impressive manga edit and it makes me just wanna speed-read it all in one night-
the switching of characters/poses at 0:55 is so smooth, i'd make it into a gif and then keep it in my pocket to look at whenever I want -
the change from a mainly dark background/bright colors to a lighter/shaky traditional visual style at 1:29 spinning around in my chair auhg, ..
the whole thing kinda makes me think of an adult swim bumper for some dramatic seinen, and the best way to describe my reaction to this is that i am eating this with my eyes. they have teeth and they are sinking into every frame and synced beat of this.. they are giving compliments to the chef and returning twice a week.., ., ., . sooo cool !!!

Sick opening sequence. Love the collage like artstyle of the video with its edgy punk aesthetics, good thumbnail and music choice too as it fits the overall theme very well. The pixel character game part is also very creative. I'm a sucker for fast paced artistic transitions like the ones you've used in the beginning 😂 Genuinely surprised all of the editing was made in Toonsquid as well. Impressive and inspiring work! Best short animation I've seen from an indie creator in a long time.
