6:30 so before docker we could not isolate applications in OS processes & users. Okay ...

Just say it's only for developers to build on a new os, it's essentially a bunch of separate apps on a new os hosting them all... It saves on HDD space and a bit of CPU... Both are expendable commodities now hardware is cheap...

Docker and containers are just a new buzz word, like when HTML 5 standards came out... So revolutionary, but it's just new standards
