Great testimony. I am on day 22 of what was sopposed to be a 21 day fast, the Lord is telling me to go to 40. my fast is from the begining about my kids. the curses of addiction, shame, low self esteem etc. have have fasted for them many times. so this is another fast. pray i have the faith to believe they will BE BROKEN FOR GOOD AND THEY WILL GO

what a great testimony... it just goes to show you what fasting can do when we believe God and what he will do when we sacrifice not to eat food. when the disciples, asked Jesus why could they not cast out the demon, Jesus replied, some things come by prayer and fasting. Thank you for your testimony, it's so encouraging.

This brought me to absolute tears. Thank you. I’m on day 11 of a fast that I’ve really not been focusing on my prayer life quite as much as I want to. The first 10 days I had a little cup of bone broth each day. Starting today, I am going to do only water and really turn my prayer life around and pray over my daughters with so much more fervor! Fasting is not only spiritual but also physical. WE can fast from TV, Social Media, Physical Intimacy (sex), drinking, Electronics, and relationships, to devote that time to God and Jesus Christ to here from God, get an understanding, power, deliverance, healing, and being set free.
