Bernie Sanders wins case to allow 17-year-olds vote

An Ohio judge has ruled that 17-year-olds will be allowed to vote in the Ohio primary.

Ohio had barred 17-year-olds from voting in primary elections, even if they would be 18 before the general election. This ruling returns the right to them to be able to vote in the primary that will affect who they can vote for in the general. CNN just jumped on this issue as yet another way to attack Bernie like some socialist boogeyman that will soon be giving voting rights to infants. This isn't an issue he was pushing previous to getting to Ohio and learning about how ridiculous this limitation was. The wording they chose for this video reveal a lot about their bias against Senator Sanders.

This is just letting people who will be 18 y/o at the time of the election vote.. People who, because of their birthdays falling on unfortunate dates, would be rejected from voting because of time restraints. It's a good idea, glad he got it done!!

17 year old high school students have always been allowed to vote if their birthday fell on or before the election date. He probably had to have the judge enforce it in that state because some schools don't encourage it. The Florida schools do! We even hold voters registrations too.
