I hope LEGO makes more sets about commercial aviation, COBI is beating LEGO in this aspect, I want to see: Boeing, Airbus, McDonnell Douglas, etc.

just built it in an easy pace glas of wine at hand LOL just over 6 hours it took me that way. The model is very nice and the instruction manual most of the time understandable. At least no major fault as in the building instruction, with the mars rover I had to download another instruction from the lego site as not to be stuck with 2 right side drivetrains. In comparison with the saturn V a relatively easy build. The sequence of building in this video is not axactly like the building instruction I had in front of me but ok. Seeing another man's build progress makes it easy to compare and check for mistakes. Instruction nr. 388 the yellow half rond pieces I had to remove in order to make the fuselage of the cockipit align better. Instruction 464 the long white part on 1 side was 12 instead of 8 so I sawed it back to 8. For the rest all parts present, cockpit double windhields and all printed parts are very nice, I was already looking for the stickers LOL. In my opinion, I spent 200 euro at the Lego website, an nice model to build and to display. My generation whitnessed the launch of this magnificent airplane so I just had to have it, had a plastic version as a kid 70 cm long. We had Lego back then, but in a much simpler form when I was ten Lego launched the first wheels LOL with many more to follow. But that was 55 years ago.
