Andromeda Tonks is one of the most underrated characters in Harry Potter. She was the sister of Bellatrix and Narcissa, she didn't obey her family's traditions regarding blood purity and married a muggle-born, leading her to be disowned and burned off the Black family tree. Andromeda was tortured by Death Eaters for information about Harry but she revealed nothing. She was the mother of Nymphadora Tonks and raised her grandson Teddy after her daughter's death. These are just a few of the things about what Andromeda was.
