1. Relatively easy, but fun beginning part
2. Hard pattern that keeps repeating and gets harder each time
3. Calm middle section that gives you a bit to rest
4. A reprise of the hard pattern from #2, but faster and harder
5. Satisfying end
6. Realising how bad my arms hurt
