I would say, I dislike the age function, it totally ruined my chance of making an unknown age character.
Also, their character creation page also confused me on how I could make multiple character bots and scenario bots.

I'm gonna call bull-crap on that. While RAG architecture could increase memory by creating an external data source for the model to pull from (Like a constantly updating automatic lorebook) the model itself can only hold so much of that information as context. Depending on the model that can be an awful lot of data but it still has a limit. Not to mention, whatever system they use to add to the database the RAG architecture pulls from could be flawed. Ever try hitting the 'auto generate summary' button in Chub? Imagine that but much bigger.

Wow this is really huge, rather than infinite memory rather think of RAG as your characters finally having a form of long term memory in addition to the short term memory that's the context size, I guess the devs explained to think of it as an infinite context memory to make it simple to understand since it will basically act /be like that in practice I suppose

It is just RAG, and it I believe only activates if you ask the bot a question. The bot then brings the very old info you asked about back into the context window.
