Thats the kind of guy that should get paid to do in 2 hours what other can do it 8 because he is smart as hell. Not an hourly wage but a wage to match how much time he could actually save the company. Why wouldn’t they ask him how he got it done so fast? Why wouldn’t they have him teach the other employees how to do that? Thats a 4X bump in efficiency.
