Love your hair. Love it. I have to say when I saw those sweet little hands knitting I melted. The little bird sounds ! My home is an old 3 story that I call my tree house because there are lots of trees around it . The birds wake us up every morning. They make nests in my hanging plants on my front porch, so ... the plants die with no watering;) I love them. Molly your shawl is so soft and pretty. Good to see all you are working on. Cheryl

It's so nice to see you again! Your kitties are adorable! I hope you and your family have a fun summer. I love your new shawl design! I enjoy knitting simpler styled shawls so much. Your hair looks wonderful! I truly love a more natural look because it is warmer around your face. :) I would like to purchase a skein of your sock yarn eventually but there isn't much choice right now so I will wait till later in the year.

Add a topical piping between embroidered square and the red border. Or, embroider in the same area. It will interrupt the eye and allow you to focus on the embroidered square. Good luck!
