California Governor Gavin Newsom remains in office after surviving a recall effort against him, CBS News' Anthony Pura reports from Los Angeles. I’m no fan of Newsom but this recall was a big giant waste of $200 million in taxpayer money, started about people whining about wearing a mask. They’re lucky enough to live here and still can’t do the basics of civic duty.
