Cara na verdade eu pessoalmente acho os valores do Ifood justo, menos quando manda para lugares sem demanda. Mas falta muita agilidade, você espera 15 min no restaurante para só aí começar a contabilizar o tempo de espera, sendo que os 15 min já devia pagar uma taxa. E devia somente chamar se a entrega estivesse pronta e o mesmo para o cliente, deu 5 min já devia dar para cancelar por espera.
