Hyperloop One in Missouri? How Missouri Became Ranked Among Top Locations in the World

Plans for high-speed travel with Virgin Hyperloop One in Missouri is gaining momentum. Missouri is ranked among the top five routes, possibly top three, under consideration. In this segment, learn more about the technology and how Missouri became a leader in the Hyperloop One Global Challenge. The Missouri Hyperloop Coalition will soon have answers to many questions under review by a feasibility study of a hyperloop route connecting St. Louis to Columbia to Kansas City. The proposed route would be built in the corridor of I-70. The feasibility study is conducted by Black and Veatch, an engineering firm headquartered in Kansas City. Travel on a hyperloop route connecting St. Louis and Kansas City would take about 30 minutes or less.
