Pineapple Syrup with no-nonsense added and Fluffy pancakes

2cups all-purpose flour1 tablespoon sugar (please adjust to your taste)2 teaspoons baking powder¼ teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon salt1 & ¾ cups milk¼ cup melted butter1teaspoonsvanilla extract1 large egg

For the syrup, I used only pineapple (blended without water). Added lemon juice but that’s optional.
