I'm making a variety of chips this weekend. I'm using coconut oil instead but I'm definitely not going to fry mine. I like the greener plantains for chips and the darkest plantains for banana bread. I'm like super excited now. We have lots to do this weekend in and out of the garden. Thanks for sharing.😉 👍
