In water test part, I found Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is not waterproof. It is only splashproof. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is IPX3 rated which is basic splashproof level.

My suggestion is : don’t try putting your Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 into water. And if your Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 got water damage, you should tear down the device and eliminate the moisture in it.

YES! Finally someone does a REAL waterproof test with phone disassembly to actually check if the water got in. It's tiresome to see all those other testers just submerging the device in water for few minutes, then check if the screen is working and claim it's waterproof. Скажу сразу, не топите его, сразу он всё равно не накроется. Окись может произойти гораздо позже, чем погружение. Но просто от капель дождя спасёт точно. Удачи всем русским здесь))

EXCEPT in the charging port.
so that's explain why there are bubbles near charging port

Thanks for the effort put into testing this. The rubber band on sim card tray usually indicates there's a protection against water intrusion but if the phone is not properly IP rated I guess it's best to stay out of the risk.
