Here’s a thanksgiving side dish that will outshine turkey. These cajun carrots are easy to make for a large crowd or just for one. It’s great for the holidays or as part of your everyday meal.

This recipe is inspired by the cajun carrots I tried at Copper Vine in New Orleans a couple months ago. It was so good I had to try to create my own version of it at home.
