Suspect in Sherman Double Homicide Investigation

Security video of person identified as a suspect in the murders of Barry and Honey Sherman who were found dead on December 15, 2017.

This person's purpose in the neighbourhood is unexplained. The timing of the appearance is in line with when investigators believe the murders took place.

Investigators ask the public to pay particular attention to the person's gait, how they are walking. Through analysis it is believed the suspect is between 5'6 3/4" and 5'9 1/2."

There may be a legitimate reason this person is in the neighbourhood and police urge the person to come forward.

I'm a retired anthropologist. This person's bipedal gait is similar to a healed battle injury in the knee. It is exactly the type of post polio of the lower extremity that I saw in Pakistan and Afghanistan many years ago. I bet I'm close.

If the TPS had this video in its possession for years why release it now? Why didn’t they release it sooner? This suspect or person of interest may have long since fled the country, changed their appearance, or may have even died.

His left arm is not swinging because he has some kind of weapon, his right leg also has an object attached, he has all the tools to get the job done strapped to his body.

When I started watching it at 0.25x - I found that his left arm is not moving.. may be his left arm is kinda numb.. is it just for me? Or anyone does feel the same.

This location is about 1km away from the crime scene. Instead of getting away quickly & unnoticed in a car, what looks to be a middle aged man with impeded walking, instead walked in -15 weather in December in full view after murdering a couple, supposedly to get back to his car. Give me break.

Months after the murders I gave an interview. I told of a group that kept a file on me for over 26yrs. They would go from full lodge to full lodge telling people to blackball me and get me. Those people would tell other people. After a policeman was murdered after talking to me it got really bad. Then Honey approached me one day and said she was going to help me. 6mths later she phoned and said something went wrong and to be careful. 6mnths later Barry approached me and talked of danger. 6mths later they were dead. I believe the dective who interviewed me recognized me and buried it.

I just noticed in the CBC News story that's 3:51 long from the memorial that there's a person wearing a Canada Goose jacket with a scarf that walks exactly like the suspect. He's even wearing a similar hat, has similar dimensions with his coat on, and kicks his feet way out when he walks. He only appears in the video from 2:20 to 2:30.
