I just did my 2003 ram 5.9 Cummings cause three of the vents doors were broke, after replacing a control panel and a couple actuators, but its not as bad as it looks to do so if you got the tools and a couple of days. I’m just glad to have it running right now.

I have a 2004 Ram that I’m going to have to tear into one of these days. Leaking heater core and the doors are janky af. Friggin’ Chryslers.

If you remove the broken door that's on top of the fan could this cause it to not blow hot air anymore?

So if your wanting to move the air to defrost, Would both the mode doors be up or down? When I look through the floor vent, I can see a door. Do I push it up for defrost or pull it down?

My blend door opens slow and when I turn on the ac. It takes about 10secs for the air to come out of the vent but I can hear it when I turn on the ac. Do you know what could be causing it to do that? Thank you!

I have a 2009 ram 1500, only blows hot air on the passenger side. Would this be an actuator issue ?

What position should the door be when the ac is on ? Towards the firewall or towards the front

The vents are broken to where they should be so that the air comes out in front
