They analyzed NBA timing for stopping and starting speed and Luke has some of the fastest feet in the league. Doesn't run fast and his hands aren't crazy fast but he can stop on a dime, accelerate and has great footwork.

Luka is quick and has great coordination and agility. You don't need to be the fastest or have 40 inch vertical to be good. Magic Johnson wasn't super athletic either, but he was 6'9" with great handles and was graceful.
