Interest rate is so high on credit cards even when you don't use it. I'm not seeing it go down when you make payment because the interest rate is too damn High, so who is feeling it? Those who have credit cards, and another bills

When interest rates go up, the poor suffer. The poor have to pay more in interest than what they are purchasing with credit cards. When interest rate go up, the middle class the poor senior citizen the disabled suffer, it's doesn't affect the media, who are the corporation
