Skin findings suggest either drug rash, viral rash (don't know his vaccination/travel status), lupus, or toxic shock syndrome if he had a soft tissue infection. Most are usually not dangerous and subside after 2-3 weeks but some can be life-threatening if not treated or recognized as such.

He got so ill when he had covid that he almost retired because of it. Now that he has this I don t think he ll continue fighting in the ufc. I hope he ll recover asap and lives his life the way he wants to live it

The virus did that to me... I had it 2.5 years ago and I'm only just getting to be able to exercise consistently as of TWO MONTHS AGO. It causes autoimmune problems and you feel like you're gonna die. If Chimaev has that, and has still been training and fighting, that's absolutely insane and he has my respect.

My uncle is a GP, and he says post covid ain't no joke. It does some strange things to the immune system, essentially mimicking autoimmune diseases, and can even cause mental health and neurological issues that drs don't fully understand yet. Same thing goes for certain batches of the covid "vaccines".
