Takes so much patience and attention to detail especially these compound radius fingerboards. Also these fret ends are dressed perfectly - not overly sloped like so many jobs ive seen

These videos have really been making me wanna start repairs on an old guitar that was given to me by my friend's dad when I was a kid. But parts are so costly, and I can't justify it yet 😢 I'll continue living through these videos for now.

I’m a machinist and I build guitars as a hobby I feel like I can do anything well I did one fret job it was a lot of trial and error I bought the jumbo harden frets any it was a nightmare to file and sand and cut off and crown and level I did good no dead frets no buzzing but never again… your amazing you make it look so easy I forget how hard it was. I bought a great radii endmill if I ever do this again I’ll use a CNC
