@SarahHall444 please don't mix the teachings of "The Secret" and the teachings of Abraham Hicks. As soon as the movie came out and first edition of "The Secret" came out, Ester Hicks had them immediately removed, as she saw those motivational speakers had missed the mark and did not like the commercial direction.

I have been a student of Abraham Hicks for decades and the reason they may not work for so many of us is that we cannot align ourselves with the requisite energy frequencies, then get ourselves into the "Allowing mode" on those frequencies. Instead, we often are in resistance mode (frequency) of what we don't want.
