I'm new to the money counting machine, I was going through the manual so I know what I am doing and under "Infrared Counterfeit Detection (IR)" it states: "The infrared sensor detects double and half notes" what does this even mean??? Half notes? Like when a dollar bill is thorn in half? And what are double notes? Like if 2 bills are stuck together; like with the new bills?? can someone please explain this to me? Why is it that when I try to reach out to you in regards to disconnecting the wireless service on the atm, you are no where to be found? Ive send you emails, voicemails, and phone calls and I still have not heard from you. I keep getting charged 20 bucks a month with no way to disconnect the service. Im starting to think this is a scam.
