dispatchers need to have driving experience to be successful! An example is Werner. When I drove there, it was a requirement that all dispatchers were former drivers! It was the best relationship for a driver! The other end of the scale was when I was at Estes. The dispatchers there were off the street and has zero industry was a nightmare!! These guys were dumb as a box rocks!!! It made the job so hard!!!!
