S VHS in VHS VCR Comparison

The top says (fixing desync from regular vhs rip) at 1:11, I added in the sound icon at the last minute.

Recently I dubbed a betamax tape to a S-VHS tape. I used S-VHS instead of regular vhs because of its higher quality. Today I wanted to see what it would look like in a regular VHS machine. So here is the results.

Some observations:
The black background seems to have less of an affect on it, you can still tell what color Marty McNeeley's shirt is, and you can tell what the composition of the shot is.

Brown, like in the first shot of the Mr. Coffee filters commercial doesnt flicker black and white as often as the black background, you can tell more easily that the background has brown countertops. Although this is only with some browns, in the Naked Furniture commercial, its split 50/50 if it flickers black and white or just gives up and go full black and white with the wood finishings in some of the shots.

Blue or Orange makes the signal very weak. You can tell by the Naked Furniture commercial and also the weather update. The orange text flashing is consistent with the signal distortion at 0:59. And when combined blue and orange at the end of the Naked Furniture, it is completely unreadable.
