27 year smoker here. I have been tobacco free for 2 months using the 3 step nicotine patches. I will admit that the step 3 (7mg) has given me the most trouble as far as cravings are concerned. Really don't want to use gum or lozenges at this point.

I have started using the nicoderm patch step 2 directly and its been 4 weeks, can I start with step 3 now?(NicoDerm suggest 6-8 weks if you start with Step 2) or should i follow NicoDerm suggestion?

I put nicotine patch(7mg/24hr) on my eye over 1 hr.
It was my mistake. (I saw someone wrote thru internet that nicotine patch is good for vaccine shedding attack in eye ball)
How can i get back to my previous clean and healthy eye ball and brain?? So sad.
I’ve never smoke in my whole life. That make my body hell.
I didn’t recognize non smoker should not use nicotine patch.
After putting nicotine patch on my eye, my legs and arms numb, vomiting and decreased consciousness.
I thought i was dead over 4hr.
Weird gelatin like material came into my body.
I think it is hydrogel(graphene oxide = covid vaccine contains this).
The hydrogel is still remaining and moving in my body now.
How can i detox this material? This make my body handicapped.
So sad.
Two weeks have passed now, the symptom is same.
I will show what contain the nicotine patch that i put on my body.
