Yung mga negative comments di alam yung word na resourcefulness. What if wala kang malaking bowl? What if wala kang maliit na sifter? What if yan lang ang gamit mo? Minsan gamitin natin utak natin sa mga what ifs noh. Coz not all the time okay ang situation. We need to adapt and change, kaya okay to sakin ang tip na ito.

Why ever sift ingredients? Any air gets knocked out with a few stores, and no modern flours have "lumps", it's one of those pointless things we do as they did it hundreds of years ago and doesn't apply to modern food processing.
