It’s popular throughout the year, as a breakfast, mid-morning snack or afternoon treat. On its own or with a little dollop of jam or Nutella, it’s really flavoursome and tasty.

Look, this recipe isn’t complicated at all, but I’ll be honest. It does take a little time. Boy is it worth it, though, when you can sit with your slice of Tsoureki and a cup of coffee, enjoying the fruits of your labours!
