Dream no more ending is for me only "happy" ending for hollow knight. Ending everything that started years ago (if you know lore of the game).

I wish there could have been an actual happy ending where the vessel gets to live, then we probably could have got to see interactions between the vessel and hornet in silksong

For me, the best ending is the one in which my little knight is still alive and free, so Embrace the Void for me!

i think Hollow Knight dying is a perfect ending to lead into Hornet's story

The new vessel ending is all cool and fun until you realize the kingdom is doomed now, forever, because the knight isn't a pure vessel, so the radiance takes him over as soon as the credits roll and the kingdom dies, because even if hornet can beat them she wasn't even made to be a vessel, so she'll just be useless and get infected just by being in the room

I've got 4 endings, I'm too lazy to redo poh again.

Edit: I fucking did it. I killed every single one of them in the patheon. I got the 5th ending.

I hate how in every ending the knight has to die in every single horrible way, even in embrace the void he just becomes a fucking mindless monster and in all the ending he dies

Edit: so I’ve just completed the Sealed Siblings and now I’m on the Dream No More one and Radiance is hard to beat. Embrace the Void and Delicate Flower I’m gonna do next

My favorite ending is embrace the void, I would pay to see that fight.

None of these ending really go well for the Knight’s shell, do they? I mean, if the game’s opening is what’ll also happen to the Knight, the shell cracks open to spread infection, then there’s Dream no More which has it split in half, then there’s Embrace the Void where… Well, you know. Poor lil guy. Just wants to stop the infection and **has** to die trying.

Hollow Knight is a great game - the
best Metroidvania in years! :)
Though the endings are rather sad -
but it fits the game somehow...!
It's an interesting fact, that one can hear
the Path Of Pain music in the background
for a moment. It's also there during the
fight against Broken Vessel!
